Our mission is to empower creative sector leaders to surpass their goals and create more opportunities to make an impact in the world. To make mentoring accessible, building peer support and strengthen the cultural sector as a result.

 

For individuals we provide a safe, supportive and challenging space to better understand their professional development needs. Mentoring increases confidence and can help find a direction forward for a career. OMC founder Rebecca provides active mentorship and support to artists, curators, and directors of UK and international cultural institutions. She has most notably collaborated with artist Micheal Forbes on his exhibition Want the World to Know at the Saatchi Gallery and Blk this & Blk that at the Djanogly Art Gallery, Nottingham.
